Questions about your account, membership, privacy or something you published are handled by the team operating Anthora.

Using Anthora

For account access, imports, creating, sharing or anything that is not working as expected, email support@theanthora.com.

Include your Anthora username and a short description of the problem. Never send your password, authentication code or payment-card details.

Manage or cancel a web membership from Settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

For duplicate charges, refund questions or access that did not update after payment, email billing@theanthora.com.

For data access, correction, export or deletion, email privacy@theanthora.com. Account export and deletion are also available in Settings.

For legal notices or reports concerning published content, email legal@theanthora.com.
